At the Classic Bus Exhibition in Barcelona, a large number of vehicles from different eras — carefully restored — take part every year since 2010. The event takes place on Avinguda Maria Cristina in Barcelona. Overall, it’s a much-anticipated event for many enthusiasts and a unique opportunity to relive the history of our surface public transport.
The years since 2010 may not seem many when compared to a history spanning over a century, closely tied to the development of our cities, but they represent a significant milestone for all those who organise the event selflessly and with the enthusiasm of preserving and promoting this historical, cultural and social heritage — a living memory and an important part of our shared values.
We hope that this festive and cultural event, organised by the Association for the Recovery and Conservation of Buses, Sagalés Company, and the TMB Foundation, continues for many years to come with the same enthusiasm it has always had.
